I called this business to create a relationship with them because I have a lot of work that I’m trying to give to a solid plumbing company and the lady who answered the phone was rude, short, and said “sure just call us, bye” and hung up. She didn’t even ask me who I was or what company I managed. She didn’t even say thank you for literally offering them a lot of money, thousands per year, and just hung up the phone after she said “just call us”. Great job on costing your company a lot of work ma’am. Because you don’t want to take the time to be genuine to someone trying to add value to your company. Now your competitors will reap the reward 👍🏽

Fantastic Services!! Fast and Professional. Had an emergency with a flood in my kitchen. Called the office explained my issue and customer service representative was very understanding and took care of me promptly was able to get service asap. From moment the rep got to my house i was very impressed, he even put boot covers before he walked into the house took care of the problem seamless cleaned up after job was done. In at least three occasions, they have managed to save us money. When we needed to change out the plumbing in our house, they did an excellent job, did not try to oversell, and saved us at least $7000 compared to the other companies' quotes and attempts to oversell (tear down walls, etc.). I appreciate their honest and quick help. Definitely give Robert a call for any new job you need estimated.

Ruth was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and was able to send over a plumber within 15 minutes. She also explained pricing beforehand which was super helpful. My plumber, Nick, was polite, patient and efficient when replacing my garbage disposal. Customer service was excellent! Everything taken care of in a total of an hour.

I have been using Bay Plumbing for two years for a very old building that has many plumbing issues. They are courteous, on time, clean and I have never had a repair fail. They are a bit more expensive than companies I used in the past however, it is well worth the price for the service performed.
